"Special Exhibition: Masterpieces from the collection of Osaka Museum of History –Display of all treasured works– "
Osaka Museum of History, which opened in 2001 and its predecessor, Osaka City Museum, have together been active for some fifty years. It houses a collection of some 120,000 donated items and art works, many of which are classified as Cultural Assets. This exhibition displays a wide range of works that are not often on view, including nationally designated cultural properties (National Treasures and Important Cultural Properties).
